It's a cozy, peaceful spot by the river, good for unwinding and enjoying nature with a carefully prepared appetizer. Dona Glorinha is always attentive and works to make everyone comfortable. The stay includes a generous breakfast, and dinner is available à la carte. She's also an excellent cook, and the meals are prepared with care. If you're looking for somewhere quiet to rest and relax, this place fits. I recommend it.

We won't be back. We'd stayed at the pousada twice before, so when we were returning from a trip on 15/12, we decided to rest there for three days. It turned into a terrible experience. Trees were being cut down around the property, with constant chainsaw noise. The pool was filthy, the deck was covered in dirt, the tables and chairs were dusty, and the whole place looked abandoned. There was no attendant serving guests, so if you wanted a drink, you had to get it yourself and write it down. Worst of all, when we checked out a day early, the owner wouldn't refund any of the amount we'd paid. The three nights had cost 999,00 via Pix, so that left us 333,00 out of pocket after two miserable days in a construction zone. She gave us a discount on our food bill and acted as if she were doing us a favor. I don't recommend the place. On top of everything else, the owner's treatment was poor, as though she didn't need guests.

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the pool was lovely. It's a very pleasant, family-friendly place, with several Ubá mango trees, a fishing spot, and barbecues available. The restaurant food is very good too.

Glorinha's pousada stands out for its cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, and the kindness of both the owner and staff. Without a doubt, it's the best place to stay in the area. Whether you like fishing, want to relax, or simply want to feel at ease, you can go there with confidence.

I've known Glorinha's pousada for a long time. It's grown and improved some things, but on my recent stay the prices surprised me. The nightly rate is well above the regional average for the quality of the rooms. The à la carte restaurant used to be a special feature, but eating there has become unaffordable, with prices that can be outrageous. Maybe they're charging so much for food because they expect to serve people tied to companies working in the area. It's a shame, but that was my last visit to Glorinha's pousada. I'll look for other places nearby with prices closer to what seems reasonable.
