The attendants were lovely, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. I loved the whole stay.

I was already familiar with the chain, and this hotel lived up to its usual standard: comfortable beds, clean rooms, a convenient location, and a great breakfast, with excellent staff. We came with friends for graduation and had a really good experience. In the early hours, Gabriel Melo helped us out perfectly by selling us a cold draft beer at 3 a.m. after the party. I recommend it.

The staff were especially attentive, particularly EMILI at reception and VANDRESA and YASMIN in the restaurant. The hotel looks new, and the room is standard Ibis. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and good-quality food. Lunch and dinner are à la carte, with a dinner buffet on Monday.

I’ve been traveling around the country for 8 years, and this was definitely my worst stay. The building looks beautiful, but the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. It was so hard and uncomfortable that I wondered whether I’d be better off on the floor. It was bad enough that I ended up needing a chiropractor appointment.

I loved my stay in Tubarão, and Hotel Ibis is always a good choice for me. This location is great: new, clean, with friendly staff and close to everything. Breakfast was well organized and had plenty of variety. The covered parking connects to the hotel, which makes things convenient. The prices are fair for what they offer.
