Wonderful!!

The bathroom didn’t look clean, and there was a musty smell in the room. The service wasn’t good either. I had an issue with the invoice, and the hotel simply wouldn’t fix it. In the end they lost a customer. From the reviews, it looks like other guests have had various problems too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. A terrible experience.

Sleeping in a pigeon loft was quite an experience! It sounded as if the pigeons were right there in the room with us, so it was a very interesting night. The mothball smell in the room was unbearable, and to top it off, the bathroom was truly disgusting.

The staff were attentive, and the room had clean towels and a clean bathroom, plus air conditioning, a TV, and a small minibar. It’s a simple hotel, with covered parking on another street and no elevator. You have to pay when you arrive, and they accept cards. Thanks for the stay, everything was fine, and these are just suggestions for improvement. I hope they help. The mattress had springs that made the other person feel it whenever one of us sat down. A different kind of spring mattress might avoid that. We prefer foam, though that may just be what we’re used to. My father and I managed to sleep, but my mother didn’t get along with the mattress and slept poorly. For breakfast, it would be nice to have fresh orange and other fruit juices, plus yogurt. We didn’t like the powdered artificial juice. The bathroom is raised, and its step needs fixing: my mother struggles with high steps and nearly fell several times. No hot water came from the taps. I don’t know if they were switched off or not working, but luckily it was warm. The outlet by the bed also needs checking because it had a loose connection. I didn’t test the other one by the window.
