Great!
10/10
The apartment was great, and the cleaning gets a 10. There’s air conditioning in every room, the beds are really comfortable, and the parking is covered. The condo has two pools, one cool and one heated. It’s right by the sea, with a market nearby. I’d gladly come back 😁

The hosts were attentive and answered all my questions, and every doorman in the building was friendly. The building also has two pools, one heated, and a barbecue area. The apartment was clean, in excellent shape, and all the appliances worked properly. There’s no sea view, but it has two balconies, and one looks out toward the mountains, which is a beautiful view. I have no complaints, recommend it, and will definitely return.

Even when it rained, we were able to enjoy our stay because the apartment was so comfortable and cozy. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Everything was exceptionally clean, organized, and well cared for. The apartment looked just like the listing photos, or even better, which made us very happy. The building staff were also friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The location is great for a peaceful stay near Praia Grande in Ubatuba. We’d happily return many times.
10/10
It’s right across from the beach, with a crosswalk to get there, and I’d definitely rent it again. The apartment was clean, tidy, and airy, with air conditioning in every room plus ceiling fans. The furniture was all in great shape, and the fridge was huge with a good freezer.
