The house has a heated 13-meter pool, gardens, a sauna, a gym, a sea-view jacuzzi, and a games room with billiards and table tennis. There are nine bedrooms, six of them suites, and room for up to 32 people. Some suites have air conditioning, while others have ceiling fans; the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Mansão Genoveva sits at Rua Santa Genoveva, 280, in Praia do Tenório, with views over the Atlantic and easy access to Praia Vermelha, Praia Grande, and Praia do Tenório. Its Mediterranean-style architecture has an open layout across several levels, connecting indoor and outdoor areas. The property is in Ubatuba, which has more than 100 beaches and preserved nature, with outdoor options such as trails, waterfalls, and tropical birdwatching. Paraty is about an hour away, Angra dos Reis around two hours, and Ilhabela about an hour. The spacious grounds and views also make the mansion suitable for weddings and other celebrations. Every room looks out toward the sea and beaches, and the views of three beaches, open water, and Ilha Anchieta are stunning. The house is historic, spacious, nicely decorated, and very well maintained and equipped. It’s in a gated community between Praia do Tenório and Praia Vermelha. The rooms are fully equipped, with new modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, and tasteful rustic furniture on the balconies. The pool area has plenty of loungers, plus a good-sized support kitchen and barbecue kiosk. There’s also a well-equipped games room. The host and caretaker were both excellent. This deserves a place among the best stays.
