The best part was the great music, and the service was good too. My family and I had a good experience. If you want opera, go somewhere else and respect the atmosphere for everyone else, especially those of us who enjoy music by the sea.

March 2025 Praia da Lagoinha - Ubatuba - SP I've stayed for years at Pousada Recanto Primavera, next door to this kiosk. I'm here at the inn this weekend, and, to my dismay, something that's never happened before did: the person responsible for the kiosk put a speaker at full volume facing the beach, as though everyone had to put up with this questionable music blaring at us. The owner's rudeness in replies to reviews here makes their lack of consideration immediately apparent. I only wanted to rest and listen to the sea. This kiosk is ruining the peace for tourists. If they want to play music for their customers, they could point the speaker into the kiosk and keep it at a reasonable volume. Your freedom ends where someone else's begins. You have the right to listen to your music, and I have the right to enjoy the sound of the waves. That's why I paid to be here, so I could have this moment without disturbing anyone. The owner is disrespectful to customers and to tourists who just want to enjoy nature. I sincerely hope nature repays them in kind for what they offer.

The loud music made it impossible to stay there. It's disrespectful, and it doesn't override anyone else's right to use the place. I called 190 twice, but nothing was done. What a shame.

That awful loud music, boom boom boom in the head of anyone hoping to spend the weekend listening to the sea... Ugh. We were staying at the inn next door, and it was difficult.
