This was our third time here, and the service is excellent. It’s a very good location for getting to two lovely beaches, and the facilities are great too. I recommend it.

The suite was brand new, and everything worked perfectly: air conditioning, minibar, microwave, and a great shower. There’s parking behind an electronic gate. The location is convenient, with two beaches just a few minutes away on foot, along with a supermarket, bakery, and shops. Bianca and Sandro both welcomed us warmly. We got a remote for the gate and our own keys, so we could come and go during our stay without depending on anyone, which was great.

We loved our stay. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, with a great garage. Lighting at the gate made coming and going feel safer, especially at night. The location between Tenório beach and Praia Grande, near markets and shopping areas, meant we used the car much less while we were in town. Bianca, the owner, was attentive and helpful every step of the way, taking care with every detail and making our stay peaceful. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ubatuba.
