A really pleasant place to stay, clean and fresh smelling, without that usual smell you get in coastal rental homes. The beds are comfortable, the location is great, and it’s pet-friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

Mr. Luiz was incredibly friendly, and the place itself is lovely. It’s very clean, safe, and well equipped, making it an excellent place to stay in Ubatuba.

We woke up to a fight next door and were really scared. The bed was awful, with a hard mattress, and the front gate was a nightmare to close. Our car was parked in front when the gate swung open and damaged its door. One day, when I went to close the bedroom window, it came off in my hand. A really bad experience.

There was no one at the hotel to receive us when we arrived at 5 a.m., after getting stuck in traffic in town. We had relied on the Booking listing, which said reception was open 24 hours. We tried contacting the person in charge several times, but got no reply. Unfortunately, it was a negative experience.

There’s a laundry area, which is handy if you’re staying more than three days. The accommodation is great, clean, and spacious, and Sr.Luis gave us a very warm welcome.
