The staff at the resort are respectful, attentive, responsible, and provide excellent service. It’s a spacious, pleasant place for relaxing and enjoying good times with family. I recommend it.

The apartment at Java 410 was spotless and a pleasure to stay in, everything was new and well looked after. Lara’s service was wonderful. I’m grateful for all the care and kindness she showed my family, and for her patience and attention. She really sets an example. I highly recommend the apartment. ❤️🙏🏻

Right across from Praia Grande, the location is excellent. The apartment was great and suited us very well, and the place was clean and organized. The one bad part was the reception. The man there was extremely rude and made us wait outside until the person who booked could pick up the key. Apart from that lack of welcome, everything else was wonderful!

Check-in is set for 4:00 PM, and if you get there early, you’ll be left waiting on the street until then 🙂 You can’t go inside or leave your suitcases there, even for free.

Even though I haven’t been back in years, the happy memories of this resort from my childhood will always stay with me. My grandparents, Ithamar and Horma Meireles, had an apartment there, and we were always welcomed so warmly. I loved exploring the playroom and remember all the laughter that filled the place. They’ve both passed away recently, but the memories we made there, in that apartment that still had so much furniture, will stay in our hearts. The family is very well regarded at the hotel. I don’t know what has changed since 2017, but Gramball, as I nicknamed it as a kid lol, is still the best Resort in Ubatuba. Here’s a photo of Ithamar in the apartment and one of me as a little girl in the playroom I loved so much.
