I stayed there from November 20 to 23, 2025. The pool area was pleasant and well maintained, with very clean water, and the place itself is simple but tidy. The owner was extremely helpful, even letting me use the garden hose to rinse the salt off my jet ski. There's also a very friendly little cat, a nice touch if you're fond of cats. The one thing that bothered me was the mosquitoes, which are typical in Ubatuba. The city had cut the grass nearby at the time, making them worse, but a good spray repellent took care of it.

Márcia was so friendly, and we got a fair price and a warm welcome. It's a handy place to stay when heading to the northern beaches of Ubatuba, especially in high season if you want to avoid the traffic downtown.

The room was nice, but the rule about using the common area only until 10 p.m. didn't seem to apply to the owner. She stayed up having a barbecue until the early hours, since she lives there. I think it may have been because we were the only guests.
