Pousada Aquária

The location is convenient, near the beach and a market. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, and dinner was too, although it was quite salty. I knew the inn was basic when I booked, but some basics were missing. The room had no outlets, the lighting was poor, the shower barely had any water and didn't get warm, and the entrance door was damaged. There was a lot of noise from people talking at all hours. I asked the staff for help three times and they barely answered, just nodding. They didn't take the trash out, and there was very little toilet paper in my room. The buffet setup for serving yourself at breakfast and dinner was bizarre.

Everything was top notch, from the reception service to breakfast, dinner, and having the rooms tidied.

The inn is charming, comfortable, and simple, and the breakfast is good. What let it down was the lack of coordination among the staff and the service. We agreed on something by WhatsApp when booking, but when we arrived an employee said the opposite and was curt about it. That's all I have to say.

We went with a tour group and really liked the place. It's very close to the beach, and both the meals and the service were wonderful. The only thing missing in our room was somewhere to store or hang clothes and belongings. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend it.
