The inn’s biggest plus for me was how helpful the team was. Henrique and Gabriela were especially kind, always offering advice on places to visit and spots to avoid. When my car had a coolant leak, Henrique recommended Mecânica do Gato, about 1 km away. They fixed it that same day and charged a very fair price. Tenório Beach is around a 10-minute walk away. It’s clean and feels safe, with lots of kiosks and lifeguards all along the beach. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, souvenir shops, beachwear and accessories stores, restaurants at different price levels, and a food park near the inn. My cat was welcome at no extra charge. In room 10, the air conditioning worked, and the sound insulation was great. I didn’t have any trouble with noise or conversations from other guests. The room also had a small minibar. There’s no safe, but staff only enter the room if you ask them to. The Wi-Fi stayed fast and steady during my whole stay. The parking is rotating, with protective chains for every car. Bedding and towels were changed whenever I requested it. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. For what I paid, this was the best value I found on Booking. When I’m back in Ubatuba, this will be my first choice of place to stay.

We’ve stayed at the Pousada twice now. The owner is a really nice guy, the staff are attentive, and breakfast is delicious with plenty to eat. The location is excellent, and the setup feels fair for the price. The one real downside for me is the strong cigarette smell throughout the place, especially in the common area. I’m allergic, so that’s a serious problem for me. Aside from that, it’s a very good inn.

The location is the one good thing: it’s very close to Tenório Beach. The rest left me completely disappointed after I arrived expecting the quality shown in the advertising. The pool water was green and unusable, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the Wi-Fi was so slow that it often had no signal. Staff woke us every day because they talked to each other so loudly. The owner smokes by the entrance and also comes inside smoking, so the inn smells like cigarettes. Breakfast was the same every day, with the mini cheese breads counted out, and we even found cookies past their expiration date. I’ll never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
