You’re just a step from the beach, and there’s plenty of parking. The place has three restaurants, a conventional one, a pizza restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, along with a pool and room service. For the beach, they provide chairs and umbrellas, and you can order through a QR code on WhatsApp. There are plenty of room options, and you hardly need to go elsewhere. The room was fully equipped, breakfast was very good, and service was excellent. The employees were attentive and ready to help. A very good experience.

I left feeling unsafe and won’t return. My property was stolen just minutes after I walked down to the water, even though security was within sight of the beach entrance. The property has cameras, but I can only assume they weren’t working since no one would show us the footage. They said the person with access wasn’t there and promised to contact us after reviewing the video, but we never heard back. I know it’s my responsibility to protect my belongings. Still, if this happened with security right there, what would happen when they weren’t? They made it seem like this was a normal occurrence.

Getting to the island across from Pousada Kaliman is possible by kayak, swimming, or paddle board. The rooms with beach views were especially lovely, with a peaceful outlook over the ocean. Everything was spotless, and the staff were warm and went out of their way to make our stay memorable, with personal attention and a smile. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices for different tastes. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay by the sea.

The staff were very friendly, and there’s a bar with nice cocktails. The location is great, right across from the beach. Breakfast was decent, though I’ve had better at other places on the coast. The restaurant’s lunch and dinner options were okay, nothing special. The rooms felt pretty basic for the price. I’d still recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
