The staff are helpful and everything was very clean. The rooms are quite small, though, and breakfast could use a few changes, like peeled fruit and coffee capsule options. It’s good value and the location works well for getting to the northern beaches or walking around. During peak season, driving can mean hours in traffic and searching for a parking spot.

Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. We had a problem with the bathroom water supply, and one employee was dismissive. The inn seemed not to care about its guests. Some staff were unprepared and responded to complaints in a mocking, disrespectful way. They need proper staff training to keep things from getting worse.

We all loved our stay and will definitely come back. The chalets were great, and everything was clean and neatly organized. We were welcomed so warmly, and the staff were friendly and responsible. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Thanks so much for everything!

We stayed for five nights in February 2026 and had a really good time. The pool is large, breakfast was very good, and the whole place was clean and organized. Felipe was exceptionally attentive and quick to help, so much so that I thought he was the owner. The one drawback in the room was having very little space to hang towels and wet beach clothes. There was just a one-line drying rack in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have portable metal racks available for the rooms. I’d stay here again next time.
