This Greek-style pousada is in Ubatuba, on the São Paulo coast. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants, places to sightsee, bars, and little villages to visit at night.

The staff were attentive and polite throughout our nine-day stay, and they took care of everything we needed. Luciana welcomed us so warmly, then we met Cris, who was a sweetheart, and her brother Alexandre, who gave us excellent tips. There was also a very attentive man at reception whose name I’m sorry I’ve forgotten, the short guy with lighter eyes who biked to work and said he lived in Perequê-açu. The pousada feels cozy and family-run, and it’s quiet. Our room wasn’t very spacious, but the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning and minibar both got very cold. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and they kept everything stocked even close to the end of service. The place was very organized, the pool spotless, and the terrace has a lovely view. Cleanliness is a 10/10. It’s close to everything, so depending on what you’re doing, you may not need the car. We’d stay here again whenever we can. After nine days, we wished we could stay for the rest of the month!
