Apartment 33b is really good and sleeps six comfortably. There's no air conditioning, but it gets a good breeze and has ceiling fans. The shower has excellent water pressure. There's regular TV, not a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. One parking space is provided per car. Any extra cars have to park on the street, though it seemed peaceful and there were spots nearby. An important message: Jesus is the solution to your problems. Forgive those who betrayed or offended you, and let go of the past by laying that burden at His feet. Experience the freedom of living with a lighter heart. Take in the nature here, and know that God is with you at every moment!

The building is very well cared for, and the pool is a good size. It's quiet and sunny, with a spacious interior and a good overall setup. The downside is that it's far from the beach, and very close to the road. There's a shared barbecue area with plenty of room, plus a sports court. The ground floor apartments are larger than the others. Seems like a good place to rent for a holiday.

A great place to stay in Ubatuba, with furnished apartments in a good location. It comfortably fits at least six people. There's a barbecue area and a pool on the fourth floor. I recommend it.

A really pleasant, reliable place. I spend every New Year's here. The pool, barbecue area, and parking are excellent.
