Ubatuba - Lázaro - apartamento

Guilherme at reception was very friendly and helpful. The inn is simple but very clean, with fresh-smelling sheets and towels and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spacious, and there’s a minibar and Wi-Fi, though the Wi-Fi drops out now and then. After 10 p.m. it was quiet. Guests can use a microwave, a sink with household utensils, a refrigerator, a barbecue, and a water filter, which I thought was great. Breakfast is simple but has what you need. Parking is free, and the inn is very close to Lázaro beach, with a supermarket and shops nearby. It’s also easy to get to the other beaches.

The corridor leading to the kitchen felt damp and musty too, not just the room. We stayed in room 1, where the mattress was poor and the shower had weak pressure. They change the sheets and towels, but the cleaning still fell short: under the bed there was lots of dust and dirt, and the room smelled strongly of mold. Breakfast was basic and disappointing, with the same two juices, orange and guava, served repeatedly. The orange juice was a bad industrial one, and the papaya and melon were saved for the next day. Once I bit into sour papaya, and the kitchen worker had to throw it out. If you choose this place for value for money, you've already lost. With the beach 300m away, I'm still wondering if it was worth it.

The suite had everything we needed and was clean and orderly. Breakfast was excellent, and the place is right beside the beach. Service was great too, with polite, attentive staff. We'll definitely come back!

There's a large parking area and the place is very clean, plus breakfast was delicious. The room we stayed in was great, and the location is excellent. Everyone on the staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd definitely like to return. 😄💗
