The complex is about 350 m from Praia do Perequê-Açu. It has six blocks, each with covered parking and an elevator. There are also five pools, a games room, and a playground with a small sports field.

It’s a quiet place with a mountain view, and getting around nearby is easy. There are bakeries, markets, pharmacies, shops, a pizzeria, snack bars, and more. The complex has five pools, a full games room, a play area and a small field, with facilities that are safe for children. There’s also an elevator and a luggage cart.

The front desk was awful and showed no empathy. It was pouring today, but they wouldn’t let us pull in or out briefly to load the suitcases. My wife was pregnant and had to stand in the rain with all the bags, while the car wasn’t allowed inside the complex.

We loved the apartment we stayed in, it was wonderful. The place was quiet, well organized, and very clean.
