Unfortunately, my stay was a bad experience. In room 122, the door lock kept sticking, the TV didn’t work, and the phone for calling reception was just gathering dust, not even plugged in. The sheets were stained and the pillow smelled bad. I had booked two days, but when I asked to change rooms, the attendant said the manager was away and there were no rooms available. I’d have to pay extra for a better room, and there was nothing he could do. I immediately asked for a refund for the next day since I wasn’t staying, and he confirmed it, saying the manager would be there in the morning and I could sort it out with her. When I went to confirm my cancellation and refund the next morning, another attendant said it couldn’t be done then. I could get a credit letter, or he could request authorization for a refund, which would take days. I asked to speak to the manager, ELEUZA, but she didn’t even make an effort to see me. That felt dismissive and disrespectful from someone responsible for management. The only positives were the service from staff and breakfast. I travel for work and would have been in Uberaba two weeks each month, but I won’t stay at this hotel chain and can’t recommend it.

The breakfast is good and the shower was okay, though the place could be cleaner. I stayed in room 113 and found fleas on the second bed. I’m scratching all over, but at least I taught them to jump to the beat of Last Night by The Strokes. Guess which part of that is true? On the ground floor there’s no internet signal, neither Wi-Fi nor mobile data. You can’t even load Netflix, let alone those reels from that annoying friend.

Getting to the hotel is easy, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with clean bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and sanitized towels and sheets. The rooms are what you’d expect, and the hotel delivers on what it offers. Breakfast was better than expected. The parking area has lots of trucks and very few spaces. Someone hit our vehicle. The hotel manager helped by contacting the company responsible for the vehicle involved, but so far the truck company hasn’t shown interest in resolving it. I’ll update this post once it’s settled.

Great location and a very good breakfast. The staff were excellent with us. Special thanks to receptionist Gustavo, who welcomed us warmly and was really helpful during our stay.

I came to Uberaba for the Zebu events and wanted somewhere comfortable at a reasonable price. The hotel offers great value, including for its location. A special mention for Valdir, who was so kind and helpful. Staff like that really make a difference to the stay.
