Havana Hotel Express

The bed was good, and breakfast was very good. The service was good too, but the room needs work. The shower is awful, with hardly any water coming through and the jets spraying in different directions. Lights from the TV and air conditioner stay bright at night, and the AC makes a sound like an alarm.

The team helped us through a difficult moment when my 3-year-old had a small accident. They were quick to respond, treated us with real kindness, and guided us about getting hospital care, which made us feel safe and supported. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of the hospitality at Hotel Havana in Uberaba. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and ready to help, and the hotel felt cozy and warm. We left with good memories and a strong sense of the empathy and generosity we found in this city. Thank you, Hotel Havana, for such a caring stay.

We stayed here both on the way to Brasília and on the return trip. The location is excellent, access is easy, and the parking is great. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with air conditioning, internet, and a large, comfortable double bed. The sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels were all clean. On the way there, the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on, so we told reception, and the minibar was unplugged. Neither issue took away from the hotel's quality. Breakfast was excellent, especially the warm cheese bread in the warmer and the very good broinha. Congratulations to all the staff.

The breakfast was the one good thing, plentiful and very good quality. The sheets were dirty, the mattresses worn out, and the floor filthy. One receptionist, a thin white woman, was rude: my daughter was laughing, and she told my wife she needed to control her because other people needed to rest. If all you want is a good breakfast, I'd recommend it. For a good stay in every way, this isn't the place.
