The staff were pleasant, except for the manager. There were cockroaches in my room, and I would have posted photos if I could. The rooms are good, but there's no accessibility: no ramps and no elevator. Breakfast is simple. The blankets provided are old and stained, the minibar had only water, and the air conditioner is old and extremely noisy. If you can, pick another hotel!

The price was good and the hotel was reasonable, but the stay was a letdown. I checked out at 06:35h on 22/11/2017 and went to the bus station for my 07:00h bus, only to find the next one wasn't until 13:00h. Since the hotel is close to the station, I called at 6:48h, just 13 minutes after leaving, to say I'd come back because checkout isn't until noon. They told me I couldn't return unless I paid for another night. I'll never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it.
