6/10
Breakfast had good quality and plenty of variety, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room 610 had a strong shower, and the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi on the same floor looked inviting and well cared for, though I didn’t get to use them. I’d have liked smart TVs so guests could use Netflix and other streaming apps. The satellite TV with local channels was fine, but smart features would add value. The staff were welcoming overall, and Leonardo kindly helped with my luggage. Check-in was smooth despite the receptionist initially being unable to find my booking. She was kind, efficient, and focused on solving it, asking me to send a photo of the reservation to the hotel’s WhatsApp. It was sorted quickly and I got my room. There was only one receptionist on duty, handling phone calls, availability questions, and the front desk at once. She seemed under real pressure while another guest and I waited, but stayed professional and did her best. That deserves recognition. Better front-desk staffing and updated TV technology could make the hotel an even stronger choice for repeat stays. I’d stayed here a few years ago, then booked again recently without remembering that earlier visit.

The people working here are kind and friendly. Rooms are clean, the gym is good, and markets are close by. What more do you need?

Renovations are still being finished, but the restaurant is pretty good. The food is good and the staff are friendly. I can’t comment on the accommodations.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room had several switches with bad connections, breakfast was really poor, and the food I ordered to my room was bad too.
