Regente Apart Hotel

The staff are wonderful and so helpful, and the apartment is really pleasant. The location is perfect. I liked it so much that I’d easily live there if Regente were renovated with fresh paint, no carpets, and a somewhat better breakfast. Even with that caveat, I’ll definitely come back every time.

I don’t recommend it. The listing says it’s an apart hotel with satellite TV, but none of that was there. I stayed with my family and nothing went well. The microwave seemed to be there just for decoration, since it had an old-style plug and couldn’t be used in the apartment. My wife couldn’t even warm our baby’s bottle. We asked for a T adapter to plug it in, but they didn’t have one to lend us. Not recommended.

The location is good, but the internet didn’t work during either of my two days there. There was a bathroom leak, and the room didn’t have a glass or even a set of plates for preparing or eating food.

The apartment has a spacious, well-planned layout and a fully equipped kitchen. One thing to keep in mind: the rooms and hallways are carpeted throughout, which may not suit people with carpet allergies.
