Our Booking.com reservation fell through, so we showed up without warning. Amelia was friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. I’d recommend it.

Pousada Amélia deserves a thousand stars, even though Google only lets you give five. I’m biased, but the warm welcome at reception made me feel at home right away. The place was exceptionally clean, with fresh-smelling towels, spotless bed linen, and a very comfortable mattress. The shower was great too, with what I think was an on-demand water heater that never let us down. It made for a wonderfully refreshing shower. There’s very good private parking, so you can leave your car or motorcycle safely. Breakfast was very good, and anything that ran out was replenished quickly. In Urubici, I found an extension of my own home. If I come back, I’ll stay here again.

We were lucky to stay at sr. Amelia’s inn, where we got a lovely welcome. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, and Amelia is such a sweetheart, always wearing a smile. Breakfast was impeccable, with warm cheese bread served at the table by Amelia. When we return to Urubici, I’d like to stay there again.

I recommend it. The rooms were clean, as were the bed and bath linens, and it was quiet. Breakfast was simple, but made with a lot of care and dedication.

An excellent inn, and Amélia was very helpful. The room was heated, breakfast was tasty, and there was covered garage parking for motorcycles.
