Blue Tree Towers Valinhos

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and room service was great. After a long workday, I’d recommend the chicken with rice and mashed potatoes. My room was comfortable, clean, and attractive. The shower kept swinging between too hot and too cold, though it didn’t bother me much. Really good hotel.

The restaurant dinner wasn’t worth recommending. For a business trip, though, the location works well for getting around the Campinas area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is simple but good.

My only small gripe was the bathroom. It felt cold and bare next to the rest of the room, and could use warmer lighting or some art on the walls. Otherwise, the room was clean and roomy, the service was lovely, and the price was very low. Valinhos Shopping is about a five-minute walk away. It’s a small mall with limited browsing, but there’s a supermarket for very cheap water and snacks. There are also a few places to eat nearby. Campinas is roughly a 15-20 minute Uber ride, around R$20, or USD $5, when I wrote this. I’m planning to be back in Campinas/Valinhos, and this will probably be my usual hotel. A quiet, clean place with the basics covered.

The room was comfortable, though pretty austere, and there wasn’t much personal storage. It had an in-room safe and minibar food and drinks. There’s a restaurant on site, with a free breakfast bar and an evening menu that includes a modest wine selection.
