The suite was filthy and seemed not to have been cleaned for days. The sheets were dirty, and cockroaches were all over the place. This was during the height of the pandemic, and it showed complete disregard for customers. How can a suite have cockroaches? I told management what had happened, but they demanded a fee before they would open the gate. We spent no time there at all. As soon as we saw the dirt and lack of hygiene, we told reception. Be very careful going into this place.

Since they removed the review option from the page, I’m leaving my rating here. The cleanliness was simply disgusting. The tub was filthy, and dirt buildup had left stains all over the bathroom floor, with mold on the walls. The sheets were stained and the pillowcases torn. When we arrived, there were no sheets or pillowcases at all, so we had to ask for them. The towel was wrapped but smelled awful. The menu says they charge for any stain on the sheets, which is absurd given their condition. There were two cigarette butts wedged into the stone wall by the tub. What disappointed me most was the tub’s hygiene: when the bubbles started, dirt floated on top of the water before we’d even gotten in. My husband had to wipe it clean with a cloth. The complimentary breakfast was poor too. It came with two slices of cheese so thin they were almost transparent, a small glass of juice filled only halfway, and bread that was hard. A simple, cozy place is fine, but failing to meet basic hygiene standards is intolerable. It was a terrible experience, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. If you had a different experience, you were lucky, and I hope you never go through what I did.

We chose one of the best suites, and while the place looked lovely, several details let it down. The sauna wouldn’t turn on, the shower was weak, and the yogurt that came with breakfast was expired and the bread was hard. We barely ordered anything, just ate the thin slice of ham and cheese and drank the coffee, but still had to pay for breakfast. The pool ceiling was also damaged, and a lot of water came down when it opened. They said we’d get a discount next time, but I don’t feel like returning.

What a nightmare. I booked ahead through Booking so there wouldn’t be any problems, and arrived after a tiring workday. There was no toilet paper, the TV remote and intercom didn’t work, and the shower wouldn’t get hot. They’re short on staff and management, and the people there are incompetent. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t even know what breakfast will be like.
