The room was spacious, with a king bed and a single, and I was glad it had air conditioning. The hotel seems to have had better days, since some fixtures are aging and need an upgrade. Its atrium feels open and airy, and the rooms are large too. Breakfast was just okay, with a couple of cakes, bite-sized pastries, fresh-cut fruit, oats, granola, and similar things. We arrived late, probably around 11, after a ten-minute ride from the airport. Check-in was all right, and they said breakfast ran from 6:30 to 9. For what we paid, the overnight stay was decent.

After our flight from Cuiaba to Belle Horizonte was cancelled, the airline put us up at HITS the Pantanal Hotel. We missed our two-hour transfer to Ouro Preto because of the cancellation. The man at Reception, Jailton, helped by making several calls to our travel company so they could arrange a transfer for the next day.

The rooms are good quality, and the airport is very close. Service wasn't as good.

Close to restaurants and a big shopping centre, as well as the airport. Good location.
