OYO Hotel Lord Palace

A really great place!

Breakfast is simple, with bread, cakes, and fruit, and the riverside setting is peaceful. It has the feel of a little inn tucked into the city. My family and I were treated warmly and politely by the man at reception. The location near the bridge over Rio Cuiabá makes it easy to get to either Cuiabá or Várzea Grande. I'll stay here again.

My husband and I are here for work, staying in room 11. Everything works, including the TV, air conditioning, shower, and minibar, and the room is very clean, with fresh white towels. seu Hélio welcomed us so warmly, which made the stay even better. We'll definitely come back!

A terrible experience. Before I arrived, they called to say there had been a little problem with my reservation and that they were sending me to another hotel they recommended, called Pantanal. The conditions there were awful and disgusting. The floor was dirty and covered in hair, the room stank, the sheets and pillows were old and stained, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible. Breakfast was awful too, with flies all over the place.
