Hotel alameda

On the first night, I got a very dirty room that smelled bad everywhere. The shower was cold, and some of the floor tiles creaked. I asked to move to a better room, and they did that quickly, but things still fell short, especially room service. My towel wasn't replaced, and the floor under the beds was filthy. As some other reviews have mentioned, the sink water smells bad and is mud-colored. This is constructive criticism to help improve the rooms and service.

The sheets were wet, the room was moldy and smelled bad, the service was awful, and there was no garage. Some outlets didn't work, the minibar was just for show, and the Wi-Fi was down too. I called ahead to reserve, but they still didn't give me any information. I only stayed because it was already very late and I wasn't going to be there long, just enough to rest. DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL.

This was the worst possible experience with a hotel. I booked for my whole family on a Monday because I needed to take my one-year-old daughter to the capital for medical tests. Then, the following week's Wednesday, I got the news that the hotel was under maintenance and couldn't accommodate us.

The rooms are simple but very comfortable, clean, air-conditioned, and perfectly hygienic. It's a lovely place to rest, close to nature, the bridge connecting to Cuiabá, and a walkway along the Rio Cuiabá. Breakfast was delicious, with seasonal fruit and scrambled eggs. The reception is calm, and the staff are polite and attentive, even suggesting restaurants and bars. The site feels secure, with cameras in every corridor, and it's near the Centro de Cultura de Várzea Grande. Well located, and I'd highly recommend it for families or work.
