Fabio gave very good service, but I hated the rest of the stay. The shower wasn't good, there was no shampoo or soap, and breakfast was awful: no fruit, eggs, or sausage, and the bread was stale. There was nobody else at the hotel, the pool wasn't available, and I even saw a cockroach in the hallway. There wasn't a blanket either. It cost 230 reais on an ordinary day, with no discount. They need to improve a lot. I don't recommend it.

A horrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was bright, but the place was awful: the blankets weren't provided, the minibar didn't work, the TV was terrible, and the mattresses were stained. They didn't provide soap either. For the price, it should have been much better.

There was even a cockroach in the bathroom 😔, and I got an electric shock in there, which wasn't okay. Basic toiletries were missing, including toilet paper. It was only good enough to sleep in and leave; I wouldn't stay again.

The service was great, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was very good. There’s secure, enclosed parking and a good breakfast too. Excellent value for money, definitely worth stopping here.
