I took the boat from Salvador just to see the place, and passed by the bar at the back. I've never seen such an awful sight. A huge amount of sewage pours into the sea, which is really BLACK, and the stench is overwhelming. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. They should shut the place down.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the bathroom had no full shower enclosure, so water got everywhere and the shower gave electric shocks. The sheets weren't changed for the second night, even though that had been stated. Service was top marks, but prices were medium to high.

The price didn't match the service. We asked to change rooms twice. The bathrooms were small and smelly, with water leaking, the flush didn't work properly, and the toilets were loose. We found cockroaches in the bed twice. The air conditioner was noisy, doors wouldn't close, and there was a musty smell on the walls. Breakfast was poor, and the owner was in a bad mood the whole time. I won't return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Really bad!
