Crystal Residence

The flat is lovely, with an incredible view and a great location. I've stayed twice already and plan to come back many more times. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker and utensils. It's perfect if you want to spend several days at the beach. I love it and highly recommend it. I'm already looking forward to going back!

The host was punctual and helpful, and the apartment is well equipped with spacious rooms. It has towels, appliances, a laundry area, and a gas grill on the balcony. There's also an elevator and private parking for an extra fee. The building is right by the sea, close to shops and buses, and has very good facilities. The TV offers a wide selection of cable channels, and the Wi-Fi is good quality.

The building is used for Airbnb rentals and is well maintained, secure, and staffed at the entrance around the clock. Getting into the garage is a real challenge, and cars on the larger side will practically find it impossible. Still, it's on Praia da Costa, the best and most beautiful beach in Vila Velha, so I recommend it!

The location is great, right on the sand, but the parking is awful. The engineer who designed that ramp was incompetent. The walls are all scratched up from people damaging their cars on the tight bend, so inexperienced drivers shouldn't even try to go in there.
