The sea view was incredible, and the location is right by the beach. I booked a premium suite and it was definitely worth it. Everything else was just right too, from the bed and internet to the shower and the two spacious bedrooms. I'd come back without a doubt. The only issue was that the sauna wasn't working.

On January 14, 2020, I booked apartment 406 on the fourth floor with someone named Cris, who said she was the owner. When we got to Vila Velha around 2 a.m., as we'd told her in advance, she wasn't there to meet us. She didn't answer our calls, blocked us on WhatsApp, and we were left without a place to stay that night. It caused us serious financial problems and other hassles. I want residents, neighbors, the building manager, and staff to be very careful with this person, who claimed to own the apartment and, in my view, scammed us. If anyone responsible for the building can confirm whether this owner's name is real or share any information, I'd appreciate the help.
