The owners were wonderful, attentive, and so friendly. They treated me so well I felt right at home, and everything was very clean. The photos are accurate. The guesthouse also has one of the best views in Vila Velha: right by the sea, with the bridge, sunset, and sunrise all looking gorgeous. I'm already planning to come back.

I was disappointed with my stay at the guesthouse. The room I got didn't match the photos, and the air conditioner made so much noise it was hard to rest. I was also promised a parking spot when I booked, but there wasn't one available when I arrived. To park, you had to cross private land, which hadn't been mentioned beforehand. The shower leaked from its hose and wet other parts of the bathroom. It felt more like a family home split into rooms than an inn, and there was a lot of overgrowth along the side of the house, which brought in lots of mosquitoes. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and peace and quiet. Praia da Costa is quite far away too, so you'll need to drive there.

The family who run the place are very friendly and make an excellent breakfast. It feels safe and welcoming for families, and it's close to Praia Secteta, Praia da Costa, the shopping mall, the convent, and other places to visit. The views also make for great photos. This wonderful place gave me many happy moments, and its view must be one of the most sought-after for anyone hoping to be surprised every day.
