I've always liked staying at this hotel, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. During my stay, the bathroom needed maintenance: the shower control was loose and leaking, and the toilet seat was in poor condition. The room walls were filthy and needed painting, and the door scraped and made noise. I asked for maintenance, but no one came. The front of the hotel is always dirty too. It needs both repairs and cleaning, and it left a lot to be desired. These days, I'll have to look at other places to stay.
