ibis Vitoria Aeroporto

The food was very good, and there’s a large mall nearby, though the hotel is a little outside Vitoria. Rooms are compact, and there’s nowhere to hang towels at the moment, so towels and clothes end up over doors and chairs. A couple of extra towel rails would help.

I came from the UK for a holiday and stayed a few days. The place felt cozy and like home, and the staff were really welcoming. Aline Vaz, the manager, was friendly, helpful, professional, and capable. She gave me lots of tips about what to do and what to avoid. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. An excellent experience, hard to put into words. A+++++++

My mother had a very unpleasant stay at the hotel on xx January 2020, and I’m frustrated by how it went. Her phone went missing or was stolen while she was checking in. Her room was downgraded, and the TV didn’t work or have a clock. I expect those basic standards from a hotel brand like IBIS, but they weren’t provided. I hope this feedback helps improve the service guests deserve.

At around 40 euro a night, this was absolutely fine. It’s a three-star hotel, so don’t expect five-star standards. It isn’t one of the newer properties, and breakfast is simple, but there are enough choices for everyone. The airport is about a 10-minute drive away, and parking and Wi-Fi are included.
