Suíte Hotel Vitória

A simple hotel, but very cozy and family friendly. The receptionist, whose name was difficult and I can’t remember, gave excellent service and was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and parking was easy and convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the air conditioning and bathroom were fine. I recommend it!

For a very low price compared with other hotels, this is great value. There’s an elevator, a large room, electric shower, air conditioning, wi fi, cable TV (not smart), and a very good breakfast. They provide bath towels, bed linen and a blanket, and the service was excellent. Well done! The only issues I found were the TV not being smart and the ceiling fan making a bit of noise.

We got to the hotel exhausted from traveling, but had to wait until 2 p.m. to get our room. Then we were only 30 minutes late checking out and the employee charged us an extra 85.00. The hotel can run late getting guests into their rooms, but seems to show no patience when guests are late.

I needed to stay a few extra hours because of my travel schedule, and they didn't charge me anything extra. The reception was great, breakfast was good, and everything was very clean. It's a simple hotel, but really good quality. Congratulations to everyone. I'll definitely come back another time.
