The room was really spacious, with a fan, air conditioning, a big TV, and Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good and the service was great. The only drawback was the very small kitchen.

The room felt neglected, with bedding that was grimy, makeshift fixes all around, and what looked like mold on the walls. The air conditioner also leaked and soaked the clothes I’d hung on the rack. Before check-in, the WhatsApp account handling reservations had disappearing messages, so we lost access to everything we’d agreed on. Between the poor organization and bad hygiene, I can’t recommend this place.

The food was good, and the place had a cozy feel that really stood out. I loved the experience and would recommend it.

The location is great, but the details need more attention. I stayed in two rooms, and the windows in both were very dusty. The first room had a cramped shower stall. In the second, the floor was dirty and the drain didn’t slope, so water just sat there. There were loose floor tiles in the rooms too, which could cut someone’s foot if they walked barefoot. We arrived Sunday night for three nights. In the first room, there was an unbearable noise from some equipment at the snack bar next door. The next day, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. After I contacted management and got no reply, the receptionist came to our door and moved us. I had to choose between a room with a minibar but no air conditioning, or air conditioning without a minibar. There were only two bars of soap, and when we asked for another, the receptionist said there weren’t any. But after we moved, we found sealed soap in the new room, so that worked out anyway. The receptionist barely looked up from her phone unless we said good morning first. At breakfast, there were no small plates out and she didn’t seem concerned. We had to tell the other guests they were under the sink.
