The rental is close to the beach, but I’d look elsewhere. The kitchen sink had so little water pressure that washing a dish was nearly impossible, there was a termite problem in the kitchen, and the ceiling fan rattled constantly. When I asked about getting the security deposit back, the rental agent said the usual timing was 10 days after the rental ended.
