Coral Beach has spectacular ocean views from the condos listed on AirBnB, but the property is old and parts badly need updating. Some of the rules seem unnecessary and are posted on huge signs, like a fine for using a shopping cart for more than 1 hour. Parking is $5.50/day, which seems an odd amount. The security is strict, and I appreciate that, though I wish they’d be a little more relaxed with residents and visitors. Before renting, try to see the unit in person or by video call, since some apartments are very outdated.

We love this condo and are here for the second time. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing beach break, with beautiful grounds and 24-hour security. The pool and beach are both accessible, the beach is very clean, and the water is clear. I’m in love with the place, and we’ll be back!

My room was right by the beach, which I enjoyed. Still, I was questioned several times because other people at this retirement home seemed unsure of my age, social status, and whether I was really allowed to stay. Also, if you’re on floor #3, there’s a very enthusiastic woman who’ll walk you through using the quarter laundry machine step by step.

The location and security are great, but the place isn’t as well maintained as some others. There are sagging balconies on some sides, and broken elevators are among the issues.
