Dolphin Cove - Adults Only

The restaurant was a highlight, with fresh, well-prepared food that’s worth trying, though sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. Our apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The grounds were peaceful and made the whole trip feel relaxing. Everyone we met was welcoming and ready to help. If you want to explore the island, I’d suggest renting a vehicle. They also have rentals on-site, depending on availability, which is convenient. I’d happily stay at Dolphin Cove again.

I was looking for a quiet getaway without kids, and Dolphin Cove suited me well. The resort was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the room was clean and well appointed. I also stayed, dined, and rented a car there in February 2026. The staff were wonderful, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant. Natasha at reception was especially friendly and helpful, remembered little details, and made sure I had what I needed. Kevin provided high-level service and an upscale dining experience at the restaurant. The gym was well maintained with good equipment, and the pool area was clean and nicely kept, though the water was a bit chilly for me. Parking was right outside my room, and the resort was easy to get to. Coral Beach was a short drive or walk away, and I found it lovely, free to access, very clean, and uncrowded. I highly recommend staying and eating at Dolphin Cove on Grand Bahama.

I’ll gladly return for brunch. The Eggs Benedict were perfectly done, and the service felt warm, attentive, and welcoming. It’s a quiet 16+ setting, relaxed and a little sophisticated, if you want something different from the sand. They serve brunch, breakfast, and dinner, and this was a standout meal.

I’d heard good things, so I tried visiting on this Grand Bahama trip. The first time they were closed, but my second and third visits went well. On my fourth attempt, the same “manager” refused me entry and showed no customer service. She said they weren’t taking walk-ins, except that she offered me a garden couch, seemingly with reluctance. Nobody had told me I needed a reservation, and I’d never been there before this trip. My expectations were high after the positive reports, but there were only three people in the entire restaurant and the experience was disappointing. A Z for zero hospitality. I’m put off and doubt I’ll return soon.
