The staff were friendly, but for what the rooms cost I expected a much better stay. Service was lacking, requests took too long, and room service was inconsistent. The kitchenettes didn’t even have basics like plates, bowls, or utensils. Rooms are dingy and need repairs, the bathrooms are old, and the hot water heater makes loud noises. Island Sea Resorts owns and operates it from across the street.

The apartments were dusty, with visible dust on the bathroom sinks, and the floors need mopping. The laundry area needs a proper cleaning too. Some of the furnishings could use an upgrade.
