Andros Beach Club

There was plenty to do, and we still found time to lounge in the sun. We played volleyball and corn hole every day, went bonefishing, took sea kayaks and paddleboards out, did yoga, and enjoyed campfires. The blue hole outing was exciting and educational, especially the plunge into that clear water. Our family of 11 spent an amazing week between Christmas and New Year's. We speared and ate lots of lobster, and had four great scuba dives. The food was outstanding, the service went above and beyond, and we thought the setting was the best we'd seen in the Bahamas. ABC arranged wonderful tours, too. The all-inclusive price felt well worth it, with no arguing over the details. Enjoy!

The island feels rural and welcoming, and Andros Beach Club is a quiet hideaway that hasn't been commercialized. It felt like we’d found something special, with an unspoiled beach, hammocks, yoga, and beach volleyball right there. It’s a peaceful way of life, and a really good one. Jesse, Carola, and the team made us feel like honored guests at a wealthy cousin’s Caribbean retreat. The Bahamian food was delicious, and there were great excursions to choose from. My husband’s guided bonefishing trips were a bucket-list experience. My tween and teen daughters and I went snorkeling and explored the island’s blue holes with experienced guides. Jesse also put together a wonderful day on Exuma. We fed the swimming pigs, snorkeled Thunderball Grotto, and visited several coves with conch, clear water, fish, and other sea life.

The diving and snorkeling were the big draw for me. The water was crystal clear, with colorful reefs and lots of sea life. We saw turtles, bright fish, and even a few friendly rays. The guides were knowledgeable and kept us feeling safe and excited throughout. I also loved the open kitchen, where we could watch the chefs cook fresh local food and chat with the staff. Every meal felt like a celebration of Bahamian flavors and culture. The warm welcome, relaxed mood, beach sunsets, and easy sense of community with travelers and locals made the stay feel like more than a vacation. It was an adventure and a chance to connect with nature and people. I’m already dreaming about coming back.

For me, the diving was fabulous. I’m still a fairly new diver, and Jesse and Jaylon made sure I felt safe and comfortable on every exciting dive. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, too. Jesse, his family, and the staff were outstanding, friendly, and always ready to help us enjoy the property and its surroundings. We had an incredible time at Andros Beach Club and will definitely return.
