You might as well sleep on the beach or out on the street. More than one guest, me included, complained about things being stolen from rooms. Even after switching rooms twice, the staff didn't give me one with a working lock. The staff are trashy and classless. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I still have all the videos of you trying to steal, and I've sent them to the authorities. They tried to intimidate me into deleting them. Listen to the reviews and don't stay here.

I stayed here in October of 2018 and would give it less than half a star. The room was badly outdated, the bathroom was nasty as hell, and the TV didn't work. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In the middle of the night, I woke up to someone opening my door. I guess if I'd been out that night, he would have stolen my belongings. Definitely not a safe place, and the advertising is misleading. I hope the owners put real money into renovations and hire competent staff. Such a waste of potential.

For $130+ a night plus a $25 deposit, it was completely not worth it. The first room the lady showed us reeked of an old smell. Then in the next room, the dead lock was locked, so I had to go downstairs to get her to open it. Once inside, we found there was no remote, which meant another trip downstairs. The bar by the office wasn't an issue by itself, but the music was very loud all night, until after 2 or 3 a.m. If you need quiet and sleep, this isn't the place. I usually leave positive reviews, but nothing about my stay was positive. I was going to give two stars, but the other lady who checked me out had a very unwelcoming attitude.

We liked our room and terrace, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The place is under construction right now, and it's a little hard to find, with not much nearby. We'd come back.

The rooms were filthy, and there was no security. I ended up itching and sleeping on my suitcase. This place feels deeply wrong, and I can't understand how they can do this to people. If you pass a dumpster on the way here, consider staying in it instead. If you see someone homeless, give them the money and stay with them. God help us all. Lord, restore humanity and protect the children.
