The beach is right across the street, and my room had an ocean view. If you like walking, it’s also well placed near the fish fry. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. It was fresh and well stocked, with a good range of hot food, fruit, pastries, and drinks. The cappuccino machine was my favorite. A solid option for a comfortable hotel and a better-than-expected breakfast.

I ended up needing a room for one night after missing my cruise ship. It was clean and nice, and I didn’t want to spend $300+ just for a bed and TV. I was okay paying for a Name Brand that would give me points, though. No complaints.

The location is central, across from a very popular beach, with easy access and a small grocery store just one block away. Staff at registration were helpful and patient, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great range of choices. The fitness center is minimal. This Holiday Inn Express doesn’t disappoint, just like the others.

We had to book at the last minute after getting stranded. It’s a Holiday Inn, so the rooms are what you’d expect, but the front desk ladies were extremely nice and welcoming. The free breakfast was better than the $30 one at the Marriott next door.

The place is showing its age, and I wasn’t happy to find an extra “resort fee” on arrival that hadn’t been discussed ahead of time. The front desk staff weren’t great, though the manager was nice and the room cleaners were very helpful. The location is good.
