It's a nice place, but we asked for a ground floor room and somehow ended up on the first floor. Front office staff need training. She asked which room we wanted, then gave us the opposite.

I picked the hotel to spend some quality time with my daughter for my 60th birthday. We had a pleasant stay, enjoyed the food and being outdoors, and found our room clean and spacious.

We had five rooms booked, but check-in went badly. I was travelling with an elderly parent and they wouldn't give us a room until the rest of the family arrived. They did move one room to the ground floor, which we appreciated, but at checkout we were told we had to pay for that change.

The facility is great, but arranging a booking is a hassle. The website is problematic and emails go unanswered. Andre van Biljon

The staff are always ready to help. The location is great too: once you park, you can walk to other services, including the government offices at Ntshe House and the two malls next door and across the road.
