La Signature Guest House

Once you're checked in, you get gate keys, which is fine. But the intercom is on the gate wall, so you have to get out of your vehicle to use it. There's a dark alley there, which feels unsafe, especially at night. Staff just sit at reception and only explain things when asked, not the welcome you'd expect. The rooms are okay, but the carpet was dirty, and some plugs and the bedside lamp didn't work. The TV had only one DStv channel, and there was no decoder remote. Could suit couples on a budget who are just passing through. At checkout, staff didn't ask how the stay was, and they don't wash your vehicle as a bonus like some other accommodation places do.

The furniture and design are beautiful, and the staff were really nice and helpful. We enjoyed staying at la signature. The only small annoyance was how much sound travels through the place. We could even hear the vents in the neighbours' room. Thanks!

The front desk service was fair, but the room was dirty, and the bedding had stains. I got just one coffee sachet, and only after asking. The aircon clicked loudly all night, like it might break, and there were ants around the bathroom basin. WiFi was so bad I couldn't receive WhatsApp messages.

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. I'd definitely go back!
