The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful, but the rooms need work. My colleagues found pests in some rooms, and the bathrooms could be cleaner and have better doors. Inside a private room, noise carries in from elsewhere and can be taxing when you're tired, so the insulation needs improvement. The rooms also need better cleaning and working equipment. Though the lodge looks bigger from outside, it feels just as spacious inside. It's a nice place, but room quality needs to improve.

I've been coming here for a long time, and it's very quiet. The rooms are self-sufficient and very clean. Soap, a shower cap, and lotion are a nice upgrade, though the fridge in my room made noise all night. Better marketing could help this place go far.

I was very impressed when I stayed here a year ago, so this visit was a real disappointment. The place has deteriorated a lot, with maintenance lacking, and even toilet paper was missing from the room. The whole bathroom floor flooded, so I couldn't shower. I'll look for somewhere else to stay overnight in Francistown next time.
