The water pressure was the one problem. It was poor in the evening, fine overnight, then poor again early in the morning. An adequate booster pump in the plumbing should address it easily. Otherwise, it’s peaceful and quiet, and works well for business. The spacious room had clean linen, a clean bathroom, a reasonably comfortable bed, and a comfortable desk and chair. The TV had a clear signal and lots of channels, the Wi-Fi worked adequately, and the fridge worked well. I didn’t use the microwave or kettle, but appreciated having the option to make coffee or reheat food. I also asked for a charger adapter at check-in and got one. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it to business travelers.

The room was excellent, and I enjoyed a luxurious, pleasant stay. I’d stay here again if I get the chance. In the morning, though, the staff had disappeared and we had to look around for someone to help us get out. Check-in communication wasn’t clear either, and we only found out in the morning that breakfast wasn’t served.

One of the best places to stay in Gaborone, and worth the money.

The beds were comfy, and the team was wonderful and very helpful. It’s a cozy guesthouse in a pleasant residential area. Service feels five star, though the facility is more like four stars and the location two. There’s no air conditioning, and the heater and AC weren’t working. There’s no food, and breakfast has to be ordered the night before. Nearby restaurants and a night club are handy, but you’ll need to drive to the malls. Still a nice place overall.
