10/10
The rooms and bed were very clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a safe spot for my bike. I didn’t try the restaurant, and Spar Supermarket is a two-minute walk away. Rooms facing the mall were quiet, though the air conditioning in the fifth-floor rooms was noisy.

I had a fantastic two-night stay. The room was very clean and quiet, and the amenities were great. Staff were friendly and very helpful at both reception and the restaurant. I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is in the city centre, close to many local amenities. My room was spacious and clean, and the service was professional and world class. I had an excellent stay.

The rooms were clean, and I liked the closet style. Beds were comfortable, with enough extra bedding, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and the location next to the Intercape drop-off and pickup offices was great. Noise from downstairs and nearby cocktail bars and restaurants playing music was a downside. The shower head is odd, not the sprinkling kind.

A really pleasant surprise: they picked me up from the airport free of charge, and both the food and friendly staff were great. The room was super clean, and there’s free Wi-Fi. My only gripe was that they left just one coffee in the room. I highly recommend Cresta President Hotel in Gaberone.
